Hotel suites are available as Sectional Title units which give full ownership to the purchaser. The suite owner is entitled to 30 personal use days per annum, subject to certain booking conditions and availability. Suites are fully managed by the Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa and all suite revenue is pooled. Suite owners share 25% of the gross pooled hotel suite income which is paid quarterly.
