Architectural Design Guidelines are in place to enhance Pezula's vision of blending into the natural environment. Purchasers are encouraged to use natural materials from 'green' sources and environmentally sensitive building practices.
While owners can choose their own architect and builder, they must submit detailed plans to the Pezula Design Team for approval prior to any work being undertaken, to ensure all buildings conform to the stringent environmental and design standards set out in the development's Environmental Management Plan.
