PEZULA is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of its online visitors. On this site, PEZULA does not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it voluntarily and knowingly. As a result it is not required to register or provide information to PEZULA in order to view our site. Any information collected is used solely by PEZULA and its business partners who are involved in the operation of this site for internal purposes. PEZULA client lists are not sold to third parties. PEZULA will not share personally identifiable information with third parties unless the person who has submitted the information has authorised to do so, or if required by law.

We work to protect your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information that you provide online at our website. At a minimum, we will use a 128 Bit single root SSL Certificate on our secure pages, indicated by the https prefix in the URL and typically a locked icon that will appear in your browser. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, continue to assess new technology for protecting information, and when appropriate, upgrade our information security systems. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for losses incurred by you as a result of a breach of the aforesaid system.
